Introduction
Walker & Munns was founded in February 2023 by Ricky Walker and Dennis Munns, two seasoned professionals with over a decade of experience in IT architecture and service management. Their vision was simple: to create a smarter, more strategic alternative to traditional IT support. After years of working with businesses across various sectors, they identified a recurring issue—too many companies rely on reactive, break/fix IT services, while the root causes go unaddressed. The result?
Frustrated teams, repeated problems, and IT providers who don’t truly understand the business they’re meant to support.
Focus
